I got this recipe from Recipe Zaar, and I made a few modifications. It is seriously so simple and easy, and a very tasty side dish!
7g package yeast
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 medium cloves crushed garlic
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour
salt, extra
olive oil, extra
dried rosemary, extra
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water with olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, rosemary and garlic.
2. Stir in the flour a little at a time; when you can no longer stir, turn the dough onto a floured board and knead till the dough is smooth and elastic.
3. Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise till it has doubled in size, about 30-40 minutes.
4. Shape the dough into an oval 1.5cm thick with a rolling pin or your fingers.
5. Make decorative cuts on the top of the loaf with a sharp knife. Place the loaf on an oiled baking sheet, brush with extra olive oil, and sprinkle with extra salt and extra rosemary. Let rise 20 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
7. Bake loaf for 20-30 minutes, until bread is nicely browned.
8. Serve hot from the oven.

Looks yum! I've never had much luck with yeast. Maybe I should give it another try.
