Why can't others be honest with themselves? Why say that you want something, you NEED something, but then when push comes to shove, they don't do anything? Make excuses. Push advice and words aside. And then go back to doing exactly what they were doing before.
Won't make even small changes, and recognise that small changes can mean a huge change in the future.
If you always do, what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.
Own up. To yourself. Stand up to the plate. Take control. It's worth it.
