It's the small things that satisfy me! But here is a picture of my incidental exercise for today:Yes, it's wet washing hanging on the line. Look at that beautiful blue sky up above!
I managed to squeeze 4 full loads of washing on the line today, and all that effort to hang it out, fold it, iron some of it, put it away is a good amount of incidental exercise for today.
This morning I was up at 5:40am and got a session in at the gym before hubby left early to go to work.
Tonights dinner isn't overly exciting but it is just what I'm looking forward to - homemade fish and chips. And of course, lots of salad. Nice and simple for a busy Monday!
